This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the First Insights LLC Terms of Use. The terms “First Insights” “we,” and “us” includes First Insights LLC and our affiliates and subsidiaries. The Privacy Policy explains how First Insights may:

The “First Insights Service” means any digital interface including but not limited to services under First Insight’s control, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing its services. The First Insights Service provides an online interface that enables visitors to learn about, sign up for, and share information about market research & consulting services in the United States and other locations.

“Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.

The First Insights Service Collects Your Information

By using the First Insights Service, you are authorizing us to gather, parse, and retain data related to the provision of the First Insights Service.

First Insights will maintain the information you have provided for an indefinite time period. Marketing. We may use information, including Personal Information, to facilitate transmittal of information we think may be useful or relevant to you, such as through a newsletter.

Aggregate Data. We may anonymize and aggregate data collected through the First Insights Service and use it for any purpose.

First Insights May Disclose Your Information

• to protect and defend our rights and property; and
• with your permission.

We Use Vendors and Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of the First Insights Service.

We may allow access to other data collected by the First Insights Service to enable the delivery of online advertising on this service or otherwise facilitate transmittal of information we think may be useful or relevant to you.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children / minors under 18. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children / minors under 18 years of age, and no part of the First Insights Service is directed to children / minors under the age of 18. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at [email protected]. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children / minors under 18, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

International users. By using the First Insights Service, you will transfer data to the United States.
